“One does simply walk into Mordor”…. but somebody had to map the place. 9x12” Bristol, ink and watercolor. Up in my Etsy as well.
My current miniature transport bag. I really need to upgrade, but can’t afford it right now. To which end I want to mention that I’ve got a 20% sale in my Etsy right now, use coupon code SAVE20 to get the discount. Also, I’ve set up a ChipIn for it, in case some wonderful kind folks out there are willing to donate a buck or two. Click through to reach it.

Beast-09. Needs a few minor touches, including snow on the base, but otherwise done.
Tried my hand at watercolors yesterday. For some reason, things clicked and everything worked as intended. So I put the result up in my Etsy shop. Don’t forget, I currently have a 20% off sale going on! SAVE20 gets you the discount.
Lately my map of Wilderland from The Hobbit has been getting a lot of attention - I’m open to doing custom maps as well, if anyone is interested. I’ve actually been considering a map of Westeros done in that same mapping style as my Wilderland map.
Somebody want to buy one of these for me? Or better yet, check out my Etsy shop, Greyed Out, and make a small gift purchase to therefore enable me to buy one of these magical new limited edition LEGO Moleskine notebooks.
…there’s a brick plate set into the cover for goodness’ sake!! I must have one of these darlings! Click through to find my Etsy shop.
Our cat likes jumping on the mirror. My wife and I are still looking for help with our pet deposits! If you can, please spread the word. Click to get to the ChipIn page for the pet deposit. Our black Maine Coon, Bela Lugosi, was found abandoned in a parking garage. This one, Odd, was left at a vet by his previous owners when they got tired of him, and was supposed to be put down. Instead, he went to a shelter where we adopted him.

Beast-09 legs. Assembly in progress. More on the linked blog. I’m excited about this model.
This is Odd, our little Maine Coon/Norwegian mix. He’s just over a year old, and we adopted him from a shelter. His previous owners had him declawed, and when they decided they didn’t want him anymore, they dropped him at the vet and told him to put Odd down. Instead, he went to a shelter, where we found him and adopted him.
We are moving apartments at the end of the month, and unfortunately, pet deposits are much more expensive than we realized - $300 per cat, and we have two cats. We’d hate to give up either of our cats, so I set up a ChipIn to see if we could raise the pet deposit money. I set the goal at $700, because we’d also love to get Bela and Odd a great cat carrier and a climbing tree, and any and all donations you might be able to give would be really appreciated.
Click Odd’s picture to get to the ChipIn page, and please share and reblog this post if you can.
